Assessment centre

You will be invited to attend an assessment for some of our roles. This is an opportunity for us to find out about you and for you to learn more about the role. An assessment centre will involve individual and group activities with stakeholder panels and other candidates. All exercises are designed to assess skills and values that you need to have to be successful in the role you have applied for. All activities are observed by trained assessors that are representatives from the area of work so is an opportunity to ask questions and find out more about our organisation. We always offer feedback on our assessment process to all candidates.
