A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team in the South Nottinghamshire  Adult Community Hub.

The Hub is the main point of contact for service-users and their representatives, health and social care professionals and other agencies and aim to navigate the patient to the right care at the right time by the most appropriate professional within the community.

Applicants must be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, able to consistently demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, work well with others and enjoy working without supervision and as part of a team. You should have a passion for providing a quality service and a track record of adding value to a workplace.

The Hub is open between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and you will be working shift patterns within these times. There will also be a requirement for occasional weekend working.
