Next steps

The day after the vacancy has closed, your application form will be viewable to the shortlisting panel. The shortlisting panel will judge your application form using the essential criteria listed on the person specification, and each aspect will be scored either:

0 - does not meet criteria

1 - does not fully meet the criteria

2 - meets the criteria

This will give the hiring manager an overall score of how you have demonstrated your skills, experience, training, and attributes in your application form.

If your application form is successful, you will receive both an email and text message advising that you are going to be invited for an interview or assessment centre. If, however, your application form was unsuccessful, then you will receive an email notification of this. You can request feedback from your application form by responding to the rejection message, which will then be forwarded onto the hiring manager for them to get in touch with you and provide you with the feedback.

The Recruitment Team will contact you using the phone numbers and email address you have listed on your application form. We always try to communicate through the Trac email system, so you might receive emails in your junk inbox. It is vital that you respond directly to the emails received from Trac so that we have a clear record of all communications taking place between yourself and the team. On occasion, you might also receive a text message from the team.
