Verification of identity and right to work
You will be required to scan or send photos of your ID to verify your identity. The guidance can be located in the following detail in the offer letter, which provides a link to follow detailing the ID which is acceptable to send to the recruitment team to complete this check. At a later stage you will be required to provide the originals.
Verification of identity
As part of your application process we need to verify your identity. Due to the current situation with regards to COVID 19 we are suspending all face to face identification verification appointments. You will need to complete and email the Recruitment Forms sent with your conditional offer letter, along with the acceptance form. You are also required to scan and email the in colour either a photographic document with two proof of address documents OR two photographic documents with a proof of address document.

You will be required to produce original ID documents at some point and will be contacted for you to come into the department.
Right to work
Uunder the Asylum, Immigration and Nationality Act (2006) it is unlawful for an individual to take up employment who does not have recourse to live, remain and work in the United Kingdom.
If you are an individual who requires a Certificate of Sponsorship to conduct your duties you should use the contact details in your offer letter as soon as possible to take appropriate action to expedite an application to the UK Border Agency.
