The patient opinion survey was founded in 2005 as is now a developed online platform for patients and carers to share their experiences and feedback of health services. All comments are published and raised to the Healthcare Trust to provide a response. This provides a transparent platform for the patient voice to be heard and our Trust to able to acknowledge and focus/ address changes to ensure continuous improvement and maintain best practise and service to our patients.
