Finance
The Finance Directorate, which is based at Lichfield Lane, Mansfield and Rampton Hospital, is a key corporate function that provides comprehensive finance support across the Trust services, including Payroll Pension and Procurement Department.
The Finance function is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the Trust’s service and business strategy and for stewardship and propriety in the use of resources.
Payroll and Pensions Department
The Payroll and Pensions Department aims to provide a prompt, efficient, timely, accurate and helpful service to all the Trusts employees and members of the NHS Pensions Scheme.
Procurement Department
The Procurement Team support the organisation in ensuring we get value for money for all the goods and services we buy.
The team is split into 3 main areas:
- The strategic sourcing team who lead on procurement projects and tendering activity for the Trust.
- The buying team who support and advise customers raising requisitions to ensure we are sourcing the right goods and services from the right suppliers at the right quality and the right price.
- The systems team who support customers with the use of our on-line procurement ordering system ProcureNotts which incorporates ‘Solo’ the on-line ordering portal through a PunchOut catalogue for NHS Supply Chain requirements.
The team are committed to ensuring that we get value for the Trust out of every pound spent.
