Our Outstanding Service Contribution and Recognition Scheme (OSCARS), recognises the amazing efforts of all our colleagues and volunteers, including those in our Bank workforce. It's a chance to highlight the remarkable work that positively impacts the communities we serve.
There are 12 award categories, each highlighting different aspects of excellence in our organisation, from top-notch patient care to outstanding service contributions and innovative improvement ideas. It shows the incredible dedication and innovation of our #TeamNottsHC colleagues and volunteers.
Anyone associated with our Trust, whether colleagues, partners, service users, or their caregivers, can nominate someone deserving. Those shortlisted are invited to a special ceremony where the winners are announced.
