two colleagues holding up an long service award at an eventAll employees who have worked for the National Health Service for 10 years without a break in service of more than 3 months, will be recognised for their service. Additional service will also be recognised at the milestones of 20 years, 25 years, 30 years, 40 years, and 50 years.

Colleagues will receive a letter of thanks from the Chief Exec, Ifti Majid and Trust Chair, Paul Devlin. They will also receive a badge denoting the closest milestone fully completed and a certificate. 

Colleagues who reach 25 years of service may also be entitled to receive a Long Service Reward in the form of vouchers. Those who have provided 40+ years NHS service will be invited to the yearly OSCARS staff awards ceremony.
