Registered Nurses (RMN/RGN)
We are a key provider of mental health, physical health, intellectual disability and community healthcare services across the county, in both in-patient and community health settings. Our Trust manages two medium secure units, Arnold Lodge in Leicester and Wathwood Hospital in Rotherham, and the high secure Rampton Hospital near Retford. We also provide healthcare in prisons across the East Midlands.
There are many opportunities for RGN, RMN and RNLD qualified nurses to develop their core skills, gain invaluable knowledge and experience working within multi-disciplinary teams across a variety of patient groups, enabling long-term varied and fulfilling careers for nurses working within our Trust.
To underpin the Trust’s philosophy for nursing provision, in 2019 our Trust launched its 5 year Nursing Strategy, setting out its vision and direction of the profession within our Trust moving forwards.
Our 5 key areas of focus to deliver our strategy are:
- Delivering the highest possible quality of care;
- Providing a positive and inclusive experience of care;
- Maximising the excellence and our professional contribution;
- Valuing and developing nurses;
- Practice that supports financial sustainability.
