Clinical Team Leader - Band 6
Providing inpatient care for men and women on 4 single sex wards experiencing an acute mental health crisis who cannot be supported in their own home. The service is for those aged between 18 - 65 and patients over 65 who have already been accessing mental health services may also be referred.
The service focuses on assessment of need, treatment, and recovery and places the service user at the centre of care planning. Care is provided by a wide range of professionals, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, and support workers.
